He received his doctorate in dental surgery from New York University in 1992, starting his career as a general practitioner to give him a comprehensive understanding of the dental field. In 1997, he received a Master’s Degree in Oral Biology from the University of Louisville with specialty certificates in periodontics and dental implants.
